Operations & Client Service
Our operations lead is responsible for overseeing all company operations — business development, client service, and project oversight. They inspire a positive atmosphere where learning, sharing of information, and mutual encouragement are cornerstones of day-to-day interactions.
Involved in every phase of a project, this role focuses on working with clients to clarify project parameters, addressing front-end issues, and estimating. The goal: clear scope, clear schedule, and a clear quote — before a single nail goes in.
Continuous self-study spans construction document review, contract administration, green building practices and technologies, material and construction practice standards, construction finance, land-use regulations, and development best practices.
Field Operations
Our field operations lead oversees day-to-day field work alongside internal procedures and business development. They apply a deep understanding of fundamental principles to construction best practices, material science, accounting, and risk management.
Logical aptitude and knowledge of mathematical and logical first principles are put to good use solving complicated problems on the fly — both in the field and in the office.
